~I’m 19, I live in a teeny dorm room close to a river. So it’s small and it smells. It also has no air conditioning.
~I’m in my second year of my post-secondary education, but my Prof.s are on strike. So I have no classes.
~ In my free time I watch a lot of TV. A lot. And movies. I also write and of course play the sims. And once a week, love the doing of laundry (although I have to travel through my Silent Hill-esque basement to get there)
~I’m a fish enthusiast, I have two fish tanks in my bedroom, one I call the ‘Hills-Have-Eyes’ tank because I bought two albino Jellybean Parrots and they mated into 15 and show no sign of stopping. I just named all of them Pluto. And my five-year-old Pleco Bueler lives there. In the other tank there’s my 7 year old Pleco Willy, my Guppies Baylin and Palmer (girls) and The Monarch (boy), my Sun Catfish Brody, my Swordtail-Platy (who was born in that tank) Spartacus, and my other Betta Donald W. Blackburn AKA Blue.
~And I have my Betta, Booradley. I’m pretty much obsessed with the little guy, since all my other fish are at my house a very, very far way away.

notable events in 2008
~ Went to Fan Expo in August. I got my picture taken with Hellboy, which was just freaking awesome.
~ Went to Wonderland and got my picture taken in front of the same car for the 3rd year in a row. I’m starting a flip book called ‘The Graceful Aging of Shiggity’.
~ I still have Miranda my iPod but now I’ve also named my computer, TV, DVD Player, Digital Camera, and DS
~ Worked on a collaboration fic with my best friend Pattie.
~ Started making my own clothes
~ Survived the opening of The Dark Knight (I work at a movie theater)
~ Watched my beautiful theater be torn down and died a little inside
~ Went to Punta Cana and got very very very burnt. Because I don’t like outside, and I’m a pale Canadian. It was a bad idea.
~ Got accepted into my second creative writing class
~ Currently living through the Windsor strike of ‘08
~ Started my second year of German.
~ Killed a bee before it killed me
~ And bought my precious Booradley. He’s my boy
~ Pierced my ears for the 11th and 12th time. This time I did them myself!

Hey, cool to see someone from Canada playing Sims. It seems I’m the only one in my part of the country lol. I love all your pics, I always check for new ones whenever I come on the board.

We’ll I’m in Ontario but I’ve been to Québec. Québec City to be specific and it was just beautiful (freezing but beautiful) and I’ve had 11 years of learning French. But yeah, I think the other people from Canada at this board are from Ontario too Canada needs to get with technology and represent itself!

Yeah,Im not surprised about the freezing lol. Thats what I figured, most Sims players around the board are from Ontario or the other English speaking provinces. Cool to see someone learning French though. Its kinda rare lol.

Haha, I’m pretty good at picking up the languages. I’ve had French in school from grade 1 to grade 11 (Would’ve in grade 12 too, but the stupid teacher wouldn’t move around the class to fit my schedule like he said he would). And because of that I couldn’t take it in university.
And on a bad call from the teachers we went to Québec City in the middle of November. It was like walking into a big freezer.
I’m surprised there’s not more players from BC and that area.

Haha yeah, November isn’t the best time of the year. I can’t wait to see next winter now… it’s like summer never happened this year.

So sorry for not getting back on your profile. Even though I’ve been on the darn yearbook for 3 years, I still don’t know how to work it.
Purdy is not something I consider myself so thank you.
I’m in University for Creative Writing but to do that I have to take all these crap English courses too, it’s the pits.
And French, I miss le French. I haven;t taken it in 3 years but I still dabble. German is my main second language now.
