1500 kcal per day is going to be hard especially in the winter …
I think you are overly sensitive to your weight because the last time I checked … I mean …*coughs … sorry, I mean in your previous photos, you looked perfectly fine
I am generally on low carb diet … sort of all the time.
I just avoid food that is high in carbohydrate, and I think staying away from empty calories and low carb diet are sort of a common sense now and much easier (if not effortless) to follow without counting every single calories …
So what is your BMI?
