I know why it wasn’t that shiny …
They renovated the whole thing in 2006. Before it uses to have it’s old aluminium “skin” and now it has a brand new steel skin
Oh, and the weather was extremely good that day, so that’s another reason for the shiny-ness (is that a word?! lol )
