Hi Jana! I live in Belgium (and Brussels is the capital city ) The thing behind it is the Atomium (already mentioned here) and the reason why it’s so shiny is because… They cleaned it up last year!! I hope you’ve visited Manneken Pis (wiki!) as well? (I’m so ashamed of my country having a statue like that in the capital city)
