I’m Mandy, obviously. I’m 20, living in Canada with my fiance, Ross, and seven pets. We hope to adopt a child someday, and have even more critters. I plan to be an avian veterinarian, and am going to be heading off to school for that in the next couple of years, after I save up some cash. To me, family is what you make it, and I’m glad to have Scott, Diane and my Ross to turn to when the going gets rough. Yeah, that’s about it.

Well, this was quite a crazy year. My fiance and I are now in our first real place together, and it couldn’t be more fun. We also added three new birds (two parrotlets (Hannah and Petrie) and a budgie (Callisto) to our flock of dusky conure (Neo) and other budgie (Remus). We also got a lab / australian shepherd mix (Lexie) and I became cat mom to Timber, my fiance’s elderly cat.

“Be a birdie.” Because Neo says far more interesting things than I ever do.
