I’m a 20 year old girl who lives in Alaska and it’s fabulous. I love camping, hiking, fishing, drawing, and traveling. I can’t wait for the summer to get here! I miss the weekend road trips and the sun.

It’s not over with yet 
but here it goes…
-I turned 20. I officially am not a teenager anymore.
-I broke up with my boyfriend of almost 5 years.
-I traveled to Colorado for the first time.
-I made it up to Denali National Park for the first time and I’ve lived here in Alaska for 20 years! It was beautiful!!!
-I got a summer tan and lost it.
-I broke up with my best friend(the different path/growing apart sort of thing).
-Went to see SUGARLAND in concert! One of the best bands ever!
-I’m going to Scotland in December.
-I’m getting promoted at work in December.

I think there are one or two.
There used to be a guy from AK who fell in love with one of our members, fair-pixie (sp?), by talking on IRC. That guy is a bit crazy chatting like there was no tomorrow.
It was very long time ago.

Not that I know of. None of my friends play Sims and I don’t know why. It’s so much fun
. I’m sure pleanty people do. The computer stores carry the games and they disapear pretty quickly.

I know AK is a state w/ vast wilderness, and it is even hard to come across a livng human being.

Well… Once you get past the highway it is. Otherwise there is a population of over 600,000 people. Most of them are in Anchorage where I live. It is a beautiful state if you like camping and the outdoors. Everyone should make it up here at some point. Alaska has a type of wild beauty that no one should miss out on.

I really wish I could go to Alaska. But I think most people are pujt off becuase you need to go through lots of stuff with paperwork to enter the US, so when someones been there it’s like WOW.

I spent some years living in Anchorage, and it’s not often that I cross paths with another who lives/ed up there as well. Beautiful state.
