Grey’s anatomy and LOST

notable events in 2006

In August my boyfriend’s cousin married his long time girlfriend.
It was a great big paarty and I caught the bride’s bouquet!

In September I had my first contest at the forums and in November the second one. They are not really mentionable but I don’t know what else to write …

favorite quote

“Intelligence is constant on Earth. Just the number of people is growing.” (Albert Einstein)

I know it’s a little mean but sometimes I think it’s true … However, it’s a nice toppic for hot discussions

Hey back Gerbera! You’re very pretty, but different from what I had imagined you! heh…

cory_g • 10 Nov 2006 @ 20:32 GMT

blushes
I don’t consider myself pretty ..

Anyways, the photos of most of the people here look very different from what I imagined …
I just saw Delphy’s page, I always thought Delphy was female laughs

Gerbera • 10 Nov 2006 @ 20:46 GMT

Hello, nice to see you on here! Tres cool picture you’ve got there!

poppea • 10 Nov 2006 @ 21:29 GMT

But I think I’ll gonna change it nevertheless ^^ .. If I find a good one that is (there are not many pics of my, I don’t like to be photographed)

Gerbera • 10 Nov 2006 @ 21:36 GMT

Hmm .. this pic is not too bad … But I hope to find a better one soon ^^

Gerbera • 10 Nov 2006 @ 21:58 GMT

Ooh another pretty Gerbera picture!!!

GreenStraws • 10 Nov 2006 @ 22:02 GMT

This was made by a friend of mine. She is studying to become a professional photographer and I did sióme “modelling” for her ^^

Gerbera • 10 Nov 2006 @ 22:58 GMT

I like your pic & your quote. Good luck on catching the bouquet. What did your boyfriend say on that subject?

Ciane • 11 Nov 2006 @ 04:16 GMT

Hehe … His mom who was also there said he looked very shocked … But then he smiled and kissed me (well, he had to, everybody was watching us).
We won’t marry in the near future though because we couldn’t effort a wedding

Gerbera • 11 Nov 2006 @ 10:44 GMT

Thank you so much for the comment on my page and pic., I appologize it’s taking me forever to get my story up and posted, Meg is going through some complications and she won’t have the baby! ( I know i gave away a hint)

You are so pretty!!!!! Luff the picture!

PixieDust_fairy • 11 Nov 2006 @ 10:47 GMT

Yeah the game is being a total meanie to me right now. Trust me you’ll be the first person I let know when the update is complete (which should be sunday).
I’ll PM you I’ll claim you as the #1 fan of my story. . .

PixieDust_fairy • 11 Nov 2006 @ 11:29 GMT

Rading you’re not going to marry your boyfriend gives me a one more reason to go to Germany

squall117 • 12 Nov 2006 @ 05:07 GMT

Germany’s sooo stinky, hab ich recht oder hab ich recht? .

Aleesha • 12 Nov 2006 @ 13:51 GMT

cubanjew • 12 Nov 2006 @ 17:41 GMT

Nice picture =) You’re pretty, if you don’t mind me saying so =)

Poomerio • 12 Nov 2006 @ 17:55 GMT

XD, it’s actually my rubber band ball. I’m going to try to beat John Bain haha.
Fat chance, but it’s a hobby

Poomerio • 12 Nov 2006 @ 20:44 GMT

After graduating (July 2007 I hope) I’ll go road trippin Eupope and yes Germany is one of the first countries I want to visit

squall117 • 12 Nov 2006 @ 20:50 GMT

Things didn’t go according to plan, I was supposed to finish the whole chapter yesterday and today and I only got the first half of it done. I might just end up posting the first half tomorrow and then finishing the rest and put it up Tuesday or Wednesday. GRR you guys need the update so bad!

PixieDust_fairy • 13 Nov 2006 @ 06:03 GMT

Ooh, so I did Jana (can I call you that!) I’ll add it.

poppea • 13 Nov 2006 @ 16:44 GMT

Woo and tonight’s LOST-night .
I can’t await what the OTHERS ooo do to Sawyer and co…
Heiß, heißer Sawyer

Aleesha • 13 Nov 2006 @ 18:04 GMT

Hey, I think it is really nice that you welcome people to the 2006 S2C yearbook.

KKai • 14 Nov 2006 @ 18:21 GMT

I have been thinking about your favorite quote.

I think I still have the feeling that intelligence of human varies and is apparently on the decline … lol … I know it sounds very mean and offensive. XD

KKai • 15 Nov 2006 @ 19:04 GMT

Hii Jana ; )

joeySimzee • 16 Nov 2006 @ 08:30 GMT

Changed the picture again …
This is actually an old one, taken about 1,5 years ago (when I weighed 8 kg more then now, you can tell it from the face g)
I’m not very satisfied with that so I might change it again.

Gerbera • 16 Nov 2006 @ 16:38 GMT

You look younger in the previous photo (like a teenager).

However, you look quite different.
Mature and beautiful

Btw, do you have or collect many different pairs of ear rings?

KKai • 16 Nov 2006 @ 23:00 GMT

Gerbera:

Actually, I just looked at your photos and had the feeling that you might be “obsessed” with ear rings

KKai • 17 Nov 2006 @ 18:26 GMT

Well … I personally wouldn’t call it an obsession but it problably is one

Gerbera • 19 Nov 2006 @ 16:11 GMT

YIPEE more lost fans, wow you are so pretty, i love the features on your face, thanks for sharing your pic.

AbstractSIMmer187 • 23 Nov 2006 @ 22:43 GMT

Gerbera:

It is okay to drop by and say hi
And don’t consider it as spamming.

I too want to say hi and wish everything going great with you.

KKai • 24 Nov 2006 @ 22:14 GMT

Has anybody seen a “voting” field on any user page? I just came here and wasn’t logged in and there was a field (under the nickname I think) that said voting – you must be logged in to vote. Now I logged in and the field is gone …
Just wondering why.

Gerbera • 25 Nov 2006 @ 16:50 GMT

I don’t see any voting option.
Btw, I never login at the yearbook.
I stored the account and passward and login automatically when I access S2C and the yearbook.

And I think the yearbook appears a bit different on Firefox and IE.
I use firefox to access the yearbook.

Did you use IE?
Or you saw the voting option on both browsers?

KKai • 26 Nov 2006 @ 07:16 GMT

Sweet Dream, Gerbera.

Btw, when you have time, can you make a screenshot or printscreen of what you see?

I just did a test on my firefox—logging out and back in, but I did not see any voting option.

I couldn’t even login at yearbook, but had to go to S2C to login.

KKai • 26 Nov 2006 @ 21:21 GMT

wow…you have a really cute smile…

yoaiamica • 28 Nov 2006 @ 19:21 GMT

This is a link to a picture of this page when I am not logged in to the forums:
http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h292/Indijanajones/screenshot.jpg
Can you see the voting option? Weird, huh? ^^

Gerbera • 30 Nov 2006 @ 16:46 GMT

Here’s an enlarged shot, only the important part:
http://i67.photobucket.com/albums/h292/Indijanajones/screnshotpart.jpg

Gerbera • 30 Nov 2006 @ 16:50 GMT

Ya I am not too sure about that either… I was trying to figure it out.

Bleh. I gave up.

GreenStraws • 30 Nov 2006 @ 21:20 GMT

You really have keen eyes

Delphy is strangely quiet about it.

He is either trying to ignore the whole voting thing or stores a surprise for us.

KKai • 1 Dec 2006 @ 01:00 GMT

Well, I gues we will have to wait for on “official” explanation. I am just wondering why not more people have seen this …

Gerbera • 1 Dec 2006 @ 19:18 GMT

I think if there was a vote, Delphy would certainly announce it at S2C.
Plus, he may have been busy lately because he is rarely seen here.

I guess we didn’t really miss anything.

Hope you “had” a good weekend.
(In Euroland, it should be in the weekdays already)

KKai • 4 Dec 2006 @ 05:41 GMT

Oooohoohoo! Why thank you!

GreenStraws • 5 Dec 2006 @ 04:01 GMT

I just read a report from Nature that Europe is experiencing the warming Fall in 500 years. The earth is really warming up.

KKai • 5 Dec 2006 @ 11:42 GMT

Gerbera:

About the new image …
Your question is the silent message that I was trying to make.

If you still remember the question.

KKai • 5 Dec 2006 @ 23:46 GMT

Just PM.

If you have any computer related problem, feel free to ask in the computer forum at S2C. I am sure that people there are willing to help, so that you don’t have to live with that problem anymore.

KKai • 9 Dec 2006 @ 02:18 GMT

“I new picture g”?
(Confused by wht you said)

I thought you meant that you uploaded a new picture of yourself, but I guess it wasn’t what you meant.

KKai • 10 Dec 2006 @ 20:31 GMT

Are you planning to upload different images later on?

I think I am think to stick to my current image until the yearbook ends, or I received a digital camera as a Christmas gift.

I don’t have a digital camera, except a free webcam, which has terrible image quality.

KKai • 14 Dec 2006 @ 06:25 GMT

Remember to teach me how to “make one” please.

I want to make many, many, ... (and sell them).

KKai • 15 Dec 2006 @ 00:33 GMT

Aww, poor gerbera…

KKai is being a butt again…

GreenStraws • 16 Dec 2006 @ 23:47 GMT

I was just curious in German whether or not have = make or can be use interchangeably.

Btw, if you go read my last comment one Pajamas_chris’ page, you would see some typos that I made.

KKai • 17 Dec 2006 @ 11:03 GMT

Hee … thx for the explanation.

I would love to learn German

KKai • 17 Dec 2006 @ 22:01 GMT

Anytime.

GreenStraws • 18 Dec 2006 @ 02:11 GMT

The Germans speak funny English?

(Think, ... , think, KKai!)

Oh, you mean the beautiful, sexy european accent? I think some Europeans have the sexiest accent (not the Spanish or the French though). XD

I personally don’t know/speak any German, so I would certainly sound funny if I did speak.

(Of course, others may disagree.)

KKai • 19 Dec 2006 @ 09:55 GMT

PS

Disagree = disagree to who has the sexiest accent. XD

KKai • 19 Dec 2006 @ 10:24 GMT

I think Americans think that Assuies have really funny accent. I admit that when I was in college, it happened when an Aussie (the TA) was talking in front of the class, and everyone was laughing. I don’t know why, but it just sounded so funny. (Couldn’t help it) Luckily, the Aussie wasn’t mad. She simply said it was okay, and in the same way we also laughed at Americans back in Australia. lol

I guess maybe it is northern europeans who may have sexy accent.
Btw, among German speaking people, there are many different accent too, right?

And no, you were not spamming.
Keep on “spamming”, maybe?

KKai • 20 Dec 2006 @ 05:40 GMT

I guess different people may find different sounds attractive.

So probably, there will be people find your accent attractive, and you just don’t know/aware of it.

KKai • 21 Dec 2006 @ 13:03 GMT

I think I have many weird (complicated) accents. (yeah, many)

Americans probably think that I have Chinese/Taiwanese accent when I speak English, but when I speak Mandarin, others will think that I have American accents.
Plus, I watched too many documentary films from BBC and caught some funny British accent w/o knowning (until one day someone pointed out). And I believe I also have some local/regional (Californian?) accent.

Foreign language?
What is “foreign?
Anyways, I personal think “accent free” itself is a type of accent … lol

KKai • 22 Dec 2006 @ 12:00 GMT

Hi Gerbera!

Black_Barook! • 24 Dec 2006 @ 13:06 GMT

Grebera, merry Christmas to you too.

Hee …
It is natural to be excited to receive any present (even though I don’t think that I would receive any this year).

I hope you get the one(s) that you always want.

KKai • 24 Dec 2006 @ 14:12 GMT

WHEE!

Happy… Oh crap. merry Christmas!!! My brilliance is astouding, eh?

I got my presents a few hours ago. I was excited. I gottsed me an ipod nano, cause my mimi was crap.

But that is totally not the point.

Thank yous! FOr your holiday greeting. XD

GreenStraws • 25 Dec 2006 @ 21:30 GMT

HUZZAH shopping!!!

My whole family hates it. I have to walk downtown all alone if I want something. xD

GreenStraws • 27 Dec 2006 @ 20:29 GMT

Yeah, snow and Christmas are closed related in the traditional image. XD

However, where I live usually gets snow like once in 10-20 years.
I wish it can snow every year.

KKai • 28 Dec 2006 @ 14:56 GMT

HI again

Don’t have anything to say at this moment.
So just wish everything going well as you move to Belguim and work there.

KKai • 29 Dec 2006 @ 18:25 GMT

Oh … lol

You made into the list.
Maybe I am not the cause.
The reason may be that you are a nice girl.
You know …

(in denial)

KKai • 29 Dec 2006 @ 20:50 GMT

Seriously, I have never made any new year resolution I think or at least I don’t recall if I have made any.

I don’t know why, but I usually don’t feel the difference of one year to another year. I mean I generally just live in one moment to another. XD

If there is anything that I would like to do in the near future, it would be writing my blog more often or frequently … lol

You probably have finished packing and are ready to move by now.

Just want to say, “Happy new year”
And best wish in Belguim.

KKai • 31 Dec 2006 @ 21:44 GMT

“OH!
Who lives in a pineapple under the sea?

Spongebob squarepants!”

Black_Barook! • 1 Jan 2007 @ 03:25 GMT

Good job on the song! you get a cookie!

Black_Barook! • 1 Jan 2007 @ 11:03 GMT

Gerbera! For shame!

xDDD

I didn’t drink enough to get a headache today. Huzzah!

Hope you feel better! And drink le water. Le lots of it.
